Windows-Update KB4078130 deactivates Spectre 2-Patch

[German]Microsoft has released on January 27, 2018 Update KB4078130 (Update to Disable Mitigation against Spectre, Variant 2) for Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
