[German]Microsoft has released update KB4501835 for Windows 10 V1809, which was 'missing' on April 25, 2019, on May 1, 2019. Here's some information about this update.
Last Thursday in April 2019 Microsoft released a number of optional updates for Windows 10 (see Windows 10: Optional Updates (April 25, 2019)). But update KB4501835 for Windows 10 V1809 was missing.
Notes to this update
For a list of updates, visit this Microsoft Web page. I've derived some details below. The update installation requires an existing current Servicing Stack Updates (SSUs). If this SSU is missing, installation errors may occur. If a cumulative update is obtained via Windows Update, Windows 10 should automatically download and install the appropriate SSU.

- Adds alternative fonts for the new Japanese Era fonts. For more information, see KB4469068.
- Enables Text-To-Speech (TTS) functionality to support new Japanese Era characters. For more information, see KB4469068.
- Addresses an issue in Unified Write Filter (UWF) that prevents Hibernate Once/Resume Many (HORM) from working as expected on Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) systems.
The update contains the same fixes as the updates released on April 25, 2019 for other versions of Windows 10. Superficially, the support of the new era, after intronization of the new Tenno, is improved in the traditional Japanese calendar by update. The update also fixes an issue with sleep mode on UEFI systems.
The update is offered via Windows Update, but is also available for installation via WSUS. The stand-alone package is available in the Microsoft Update Catalog. This update has some known issues, that are enlisted within KB4501835 support article.
