Microsoft has updated the release preview of the update KB4505903 for Windows Insider again on June 23, 2019. It raises the build to 18362.266. There are no update details – I mentioned the update in the article Windows 10 V1903 Updates (July 17, 2019). (via)

now the recent comment from this deskmodder.de page say that the KB4505903 update has build 18362.267 instead of .266 (yup, it got yet another re-release in the RP ring):
