I installed KB4534132 and immediately experienced latency issues across many applications. Delays between key strokes and type appearing on screen, delays clicking on icons, scrolling delays. Pages take exponentially more time to load. Performance decreased across the board. I immediately uninstalled it and performance returned to normal. This was very similar to what I experienced after installing Version 1909 until Microsoft finally released the patch. I recommend people do NOT install this update until Microsoft addresses these issues.
