Microsoft is keeping quiet about the details of the fixes. If you want to know what else has been fixed, you have to read the details in the preview update from the previous month (see Windows 11: Preview update KB5016691 (August 25, 2022)). There it is mentioned, for example, that a USB printing problem has been fixed.
Microsoft notes that this update makes quality improvements to the servicing stack (is responsible for Microsoft updates). This update is automatically downloaded and installed by Windows Update, but is also available in the Microsoft Update Catalog and via WSUS and WUfB.
