[German]The developers of Thunderbird have already released another update of the email client to version 115.0.1 on July 20, 2023. It is a bug fix update, which should eliminate errors and a vulnerability.
Ihad not addressed it here on the blog, as it had not yet shipped via update – but the developers shipped Thunderbird 115 (Supernova) with a new interface earlier this week. As of July 20, 2023 had to be followed up with the first bug fix and security update. According to the release notes, the 115 branch is currently only delivered via direct download. The update to version 115.0.1 provides the following change:
