Android 7.1.1 for Nexus and Pixel; Android 7.0 Nougat for HTC One M9

Google has released Android 7.1.1 for supported Nexus and Pixel devices. And HTC has begun the rollout of Android 7.0 (Nougat) for unlocked HTC One M9 devices.
