Windows 7: "Secure Boot Violation" after April Patch day

[German edition]It seems that Microsoft Windows 7 updates (patch day 04/12/2016) are causing serious issues with Windows 7 installs on some UEFI-Mainboards. Windows 7 boot fails with a "Secure Boot Violation" message.
