Does Update KB4571756 fixes the SSD defrag bug in Windows 10 V2004?

Windows 10 V1803: Update KB4100403 (with SSD fix)
[German]Microsoft released a new cumulative update KB4100403 for Windows 10 version 1803 (April update) as of May 23, 2018. The update is also intended to fix problems when using SSDs in conjunction with the NVMe interface.

Windows 10 V1803: Rollout stopped for Intel SSDs
[German]Owners of Windows 10 systems with Intel SSDs have to wait for the upgrade for Windows 10 April Update. Microsoft has stopped the rollout due to compatibility issues for such systems.
