    More fixes for Windows 10 V1809

    Page 60: ‘Silicon-on-Chip (SOC)’ means ‘System-on-Chip (SOC)’;

    Page 71: The link: tinyurl.com/ybtem8r no longer works because the target has changed. Instead, use the direct ISO recorder address.
    Page 155: Figure 5.5 "Show computer troubleshooting history" -> Reliability monitoring: At the bottom right, the hyperlink entry ‘Search for solutions to all problems …’ has been removed by Microsoft.

    Page 108: The link: tinyurl.com/y8qerzt no longer works because the site owner took the article with the BIOS beep codes offline. Instead, use these side.

    Page 156/157: Quick overview of the basic information of the system. -> in Windows 10 V1809, Microsoft dropped the “System” page depicted in the book. The ‘Info’ page now comes from the Settings app, where the ‘System’ category is preselected. There you will also receive information about the security of the PC (virus & threat protection, etc.). If you scroll down the page, the system information is displayed. If you click on the hyperlink “System information” displayed in the page, the old representation comes from the book.

    PS: The trick described in the book via the Windows+Pause button still works and brings the presentation shown in the book.

    Page 182: The msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols link specified there is no longer working.

    Page 437: Figure 12.5: "Pin this page to Start" has changed in the Edge. Now it is found under Menu > More Tools > Pin this page to Start

    At this point, my thanks to the readers who point out to me various changes that have occurred since printing.

    ‘Silicon-on-Chip (SOC) solution’

    System on chip (SOC) would be correct

      Thank you, I have included it in the corrections – and, if there is a 3rd edition, I will incorporate them.

      If there are any other errors, please report by comment or e-mail – I am grateful for any hint. Thanks to the readers who have done this so far.
